About last night

I decided to take a walk home after a long day at work. The wind blew softly just the way I love it and I decided to write about the caress of the wind but this came:

The weather tonight is reviving memories tucked away in boxes labeled ‘never to be opened’.

Seems like the wind broke through their covers and they are just flying out, right back to my mind.

The laughter’s evoking the same scrunch, the walks are filling my heart with thrills, your voice is writing a poem that you’ll read tonight and goodbye is bringing back tears, once shed because you said you’d never leave, now shed because you’re never coming back.
