One word and your eyes turn red
Another one and you’re making a fist
Seems you forget that I’m human too
and I have a heart to guard as well
If you don’t mean them, why spurt words
You’ll always have to apologize for?
Then you claim it’s the bitter truth
Like your tongue was dipped in gall
Hold it up and hear my whys.
They might not be as good as yours
But we can reach a compromise
That may help you never detonate.
